Constructor.

Parameters

value	The current value (e.g. price)
color	Line color
weight	Line weight.
dynamic_color	Set this to true of the line color can change from one bar to the next.
jump_signal	Tells the plot to 'jump'. Use this to draw discontinuous plots. Submit a value of 1 to 'jump', else 0 for normal continuity.
